Yes. RMHNs' IT backbone is Internet-based. Our office can communicate with yours regardless of your location. We offer services to clients around the world.

Yes. We have staff specialized in dealing with each payor.

Answer:
Yes. While all RMHN business solution services are available to all providers, individual services (like billing or collections) can be purchased on an a la carte basis by your practice in order to meet your specific business needs.

Answer:
Yes. RMHN will either interface with your practice management system, entering real-time notes in your system, or you will access our software and observe activity as it is being performed. Either option allows up-to-the-minute access to current activity.

Yes. RMHN assigns a dedicated team to your account. Personal representatives will assist you and your patients.

Answer:
The RMHN Board of Directors is represented by physicians, ancillary providers and healthcare facilities. Additional committees are comprised of our organization's members.

Answer:
Yes. RMHN maintains representation in the country’s major healthcare organizations and actively participates in ongoing legislative issues relating to healthcare.

Answer:
Yes. RMHN currently provides all its services to providers including physicians, mid-level providers, hospitals, free-standing surgical centers, free-standing radiology centers, rural healthcare facilities and ambulance companies.

Full membership (vs. purchasing services a la carte) benefits include:
  • Credentialing: one application will get you credentialed with dozens of payors;
  • Contract management: RMHN maintains sub-delegation agreements for all payors participating with us, meaning better rates for our members;

  • CPR courses: we cover the course fees associated with BLS, ACLS and PALS;

Answer:
RMHN has exclusive contracts with some of the most widely known networks. Since RMHN is able to negotiate group rates, membership allows you to determine with which RMHN third party commercial contracts you choose to participate.
